Job description

Injouables Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to lead and supervise a dynamic group of real estate agents within our fast‑growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, setting sales targets, providing daily coaching, and ensuring that all agents meet the company's quality and productivity standards.

The Team Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring while fostering a positive, results‑oriented environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to developing both the team and the business. The candidate must have a minimum of two years proven experience as a Team Manager in a commercial sector, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and achieve consistent results.

& Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Team Manager in a commercial or sales‑driven environment
  • Fully bilingual (100% French–English) with excellent communication skills
  • Must hold a valid English Identity (passport or residency)
  • Must be mobile and equipped with personal transportation
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Proven ability to supervise a team, drive performance, and meet sales objectives
  • Strong stress management skills
