Chief Business Development Officer (APAC Region)
The Chief Business Development Officer (APAC Region) is responsible for driving Optimum Origens’ business expansion, partnerships, and client acquisition efforts across the Asia–Pacific region, encompassing Bangladesh, India, Singapore, and Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CBDO leads all commercial operations within the region, establishing the company’s footprint in fast-growing technology markets and aligning local execution with global business objectives. The CBDO (APAC) will lead regional business growth strategies, foster strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue generation while maintaining alignment with Optimum Origens’ brand, profitability, and service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities Regional Growth & Market Expansion
Develop and execute the company’s APAC commercial strategy to expand market share and brand presence across Bangladesh, India, Singapore, and Dubai.Identify new business opportunities across Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure solutions.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using Monday
CRM, Zoom Info, and Linked In Navigator.Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to establish annual and quarterly revenue, margin, and MRR targets.Drive high-value proposals and strategic partnerships to secure enterprise and government clients.Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Develop regional alliances with technology vendors, resellers, and systems integrators to enhance service reach.Cultivate strategic relationships with Microsoft, Ninja One, Acronis, and regional cloud providers for partnership incentives and co‑branding opportunities.Engage with chambers of commerce, ICT councils, and regional innovation hubs to position Optimum Origens as a leading Managed Services Provider.Oversee the negotiation, renewal, and compliance of all partnership agreements within the APAC market.Client Acquisition & Retention
Lead executive‑level engagements with C‑suite stakeholders across enterprise, financial, manufacturing, and public‑sector clients.Partner with the Service Delivery Director and Senior Technology Architect to ensure proposals reflect delivery capabilities and performance guarantees.Implement client success frameworks to strengthen retention and recurring revenue streams.Achieve or exceed regional CSAT and NPS benchmarks through consistent client relationship management.Team Leadership & Performance
Recruit, coach, and manage the APAC business development and partnerships team.Create a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and results‑driven collaboration.Establish regional sales KPIs covering pipeline velocity, lead conversion, and revenue contribution.Oversee continuous training and mentorship programs aligned with Optimum Origens’ global standards.Regional Strategy Execution
Translate the CEO’s strategic directives into region‑specific execution plans with measurable deliverables.Monitor and analyze competitive trends, regulatory updates, and market movements across the APAC region.Provide accurate forecasting, performance reports, and market insights to the CEO and executive leadership team.Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to ensure commercial feasibility of all initiatives.Brand Development & Representation
Represent Optimum Origens at key technology events, regional trade shows, and executive round tables.Oversee brand awareness and marketing initiatives tailored to the APAC region.Support the creation of region‑specific case studies, whitepapers, and press releases.Position Optimum Origens as a thought leader in managed technology innovation and cybersecurity resilience across Asia–Pacific markets.Key Competencies
