Responsibilities- Manage the strategy refresh and related initiatives at headquarters.
- Oversee strategic projects and stakeholder engagement across global assets.
- Prepare internal and external reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with international teams.
- Track KPIs and manage scorecards for ongoing initiatives.
- Support ongoing strategy research and benchmarking.
- Strong strategy and consulting background (Big 4 or similar) OR corporate/internal strategy.
- Proven PMO/project management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree (BSc minimum).
- Exposure to HR-related projects (rewards, workforce planning, engagement) preferred.
