Job Description- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Oversee production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team management.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor production performance, identifying and addressing issues or inefficiencies.
- Implement and maintain production processes, optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall project and operational goals.
- People Management:
Conducts a fair performance review for subordinates and provides constructive feedback;
Oversees the training and development needed for division's effective operations and subordinates' career development;
Promotes a positive team spirit by motivating subordinates to reach their full potential.
