A prestigious Global Management Consulting Firm is seeking Managers in their "People Org & Culture" team, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE or Riyadh, KSA.

• Role 1:
  Managers in the specialized People & Change practice, with a focus on culture, experience, and transformation.

• 5+ years of experience in HR transformation, change management, employee experience design, culture design, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience in organizational transformation projects within the GCC region preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and the GCC as required.
• Current or previous experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Accenture, or Big-4 advisory arms like Deloitte, EY-P, PwC, KPMG, AON, WTW, Mercer) highly preferred.
