Summary:
The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of plans.
- Evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide guidance and direction to junior staff members within the planning department.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support planning initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to report on progress and results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other planning software tools.
- Certification in project management or strategic planning is desirable.
