Job Purpose

Improving institutional performance by analyzing and developing strategies and tools for evaluating institutional performance, thus contributing to raising the efficiency of operations and programs within the department and ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting:
    Prepare periodic reports on the department's performance and the effectiveness of development initiatives submitted to relevant entities
  • Project Implementation Monitoring:
    Follow up on the implementation of development initiatives and projects within the department and ensure the achievement of targeted results
  • Budgeting:
    Prepare the department's annual budget and monitor/control projects and contracts to ensure successful completion
  • Studies Preparation:
    Prepare periodic studies on areas of work for development and corporate transformation and present their outcomes to stakeholders to ensure continuous development
  • Performance Indicators:
    Preparing the Authority's reports on key performance indicators based on balanced scorecards, verifying the validity of objectives, and managing the performance measurement system
  • Quality:
    Develop quality management and implement quality systems within the Authority
  • Introducing new initiatives, continuous improvement processes, and opportunities to reduce costs
  • Corporate Performance:
    Regularly monitor and analyze the organization's performance using various performance evaluation tools
  • Development Initiatives:
    Work on implementing corporate development initiatives to enhance efficiency and achieve set objectives
  • Performance Strategies:
    Prepare and develop corporate performance strategies in line with the department's strategic objectives
  • Training and Development:
    Organize and deliver workshops and training programs to enhance employee capabilities in the areas of performance and corporate transformation
  • Process Review and Improvement:
    Evaluate and analyze the department's internal processes, provide proposals for improvement, and maximize resource utilization
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities related to the position and as assigned

Education
  • . Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent from an accredited university. 11 years of Experience in the field

  • Advanced computer skills with extensive proficiency in multiple software programs covering a wide range of applications.
