About the Project:The project focuses on enhancing the existing quality management system to be ready to align with the core principles of Quality 4.0, incorporating modern methodologies and aligning with global benchmarks.
Summary:The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for Quality 4.0 transformation program, overseeing the project from the planning, resourcing, scheduling, development/execution and implementation stages. The role includes front‑ending the project with technical project management, managing and maintaining client relationship, project management reporting, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle in Arabic & English language.
Roles And Responsibilities:- Project Governance & Planning
- Develop and maintain a detailed project management plan (e.g., charter, detailed project plan with milestones and delivery schedules, risk register, templates, documentation, minutes of meeting, reports, etc.). Overall project coordination, communication, presentation and escalation, and drive project governance. Initiate and lead weekly, biweekly and monthly progress and reporting.
- Stakeholder Management – Planning stakeholders’ engagement, stakeholder meetings, communication, facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, reporting and presentations/reviews in both Arabic and English. Coordinate and execute communication campaigns and stakeholders’ change management rollout.
- Technical Workshops – Hold/schedule technical workshops with project deliverables such as reports, presentations, any other delivery (e.g., datasheet, findings of gap assessment, maturity assessment, etc.). Prepare a training plan, oversee training delivery, monitor pre & post‑training evaluation and ensure continuous development alignment.
- Documentation Review & Compliance – Manage the review and refinement of existing quality‑related policies, procedures, and records in accordance with the project requirements. Seeking support from the consultants and subject matter experts to ensure the documents are up to date to fill the identified gaps. Ensure all documentation meets applicable standard requirements and client expectations. Ensure all project deliverables, reports, and communications are submitted in both Arabic and English.
- Risk & Quality Assurance – Identify project risk, prepare project risk register, update and brainstorm with the team on how to mitigate project risks. Maintain QA documentation, audit trails, and adherence to client’s engagement protocols.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience as the lead role in handling quality management system implementation projects, quality tools in any government / transportation sector.
- Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality 4.0 projects will be the best fit.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, etc.) and management systems.
- Strong familiarity with documentation review, gap assessment, benchmarking studies and Advanced QMS concepts.
- Fluent in business communication in Arabic and English mandatory.
- Project Management certification is necessary.
