In this role, you will drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the regional Health domain, ensuring robust governance, continuous improvement, and impactful business partnership across all markets.

• Lead Occupational Health and Wellness strategy across 11 countries, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and practices in collaboration with Cluster and Country Infrastructure Management and Supply Chain SHE networks.
• Oversee programs in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Medical Response, Travel Health, Pandemic Preparedness, Employee Wellness, Mental Health, Health Promotion, and Food & Water Hygiene.
• Provide technical advice on medical insurance and drive initiatives for employee health and well-being.
• Manage and coach three direct reports across Algeria, Lebanon, and Turkey, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Supervise performance of outsourced health services across 24 production sites within the region.
• Ensure reporting transparency, operational excellence, and cost efficiency in all health-related activities while driving continuous improvement and innovation in health programs to support business objectives.

• Graduated medical doctor with Occupational Health Certification.
• Corporate experience is essential, with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics.
• Self-starter with a pioneering mindset, able to work independently and drive initiatives.
• High resilience and adaptability to operate across multiple time zones and dynamic regional environments.
• Agile approach that combines strategic thinking with hands‑on operational management.
• Direct involvement in recruitment and selection of site medical personnel and health service providers, ensuring rigorous standards.
• Digitally literate and comfortable using technology for communication, reporting, and program management.
• Excellent communicator across all formats—written, verbal, and virtual.
