• A minimum of five years of executive leadership experience in the Ophthalmology sector

• A proven ability to manage and scale family‑owned, mid‑size, or boutique eye hospitals within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong financial and operational management expertise, including hands‑on experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
