The Coca-Cola Company, a global beverage leader with a rich history of over 136 years and a portfolio of over 200 brands worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Franchise Execution.
As Senior Director, Franchise, Iraq, you will lead all aspects of franchise operations across Iraq, providing strategic management and fostering strong partnerships with our bottler partner CCI. This includes providing strategic oversight and transformational expertise to execute plans that align with mutual objectives and specific capability plans, ensuring a sustainable long-term business model.
Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing Profit & Loss management for the territory and the franchise system.
Driving Iraq market transformation agenda with our system partner (CCI).
Coordinating all marketing, commercial, and franchise activities to drive volume, share, and profit objectives.
Cultivating and managing all aspects of relationships with franchise leadership, serving as the primary contact.
Monitoring and ensuring development of annual investment letters with bottler agreements on Price-Package-Trade decisions.
Monitoring value share responsibilities.
Utilizing market intelligence data for strategic planning.
Supporting Route-To-Market processes and ensuring agreement on Customer Trade Marketing.
Ensuring business continuity across all operations.
Completing and incorporating market and bottler business assessments into tactical plans.
Directing the development of an annual commercial plan in cooperation with bottlers, securing commitments to plan components and necessary resources.
Managing bottler P&L in conjunction with the bottler to achieve annual objectives.
Monitoring performance against execution objectives, adjusting plans as necessary, and providing feedback to key stakeholders.
Conducting monthly and weekly performance management stewardship, including tracking revenue, gross profit, transactions, incidence, and value share.
The Franchise Leader is expected to influence for results, partner for growth, and drive execution excellence for competitive edge.
The incumbent will lead a network team, ensuring alignment of franchise operations with strategic and operational goals. The incumbent will also influence investment decisions and promote innovation.
Effective communication with various operating units, internal teams, franchise bottlers, and stakeholders - as well as representation on industry-associated platforms - is required.
The Senior Director, Franchise, Iraq will effectively represent and champion the Coca-Cola brand across all relevant platforms.
Shapes and enhances the business plan by orchestrating the collective strengths of the system network through building trust and unlocking resources.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of Iraq market dynamics, ideally with P&L responsibility and a proven record of success.
Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
Experience working in the Beverage industry would be advantageous.
