Origin Private Office is a globally positioned ultra-luxury real estate and advisory firm serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and corporate principals across prime and ultra-prime markets.

House of Origin is our UAE division, advising UHNW clients on residential, lifestyle and relocation requirements across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

We are seeking a senior, commercially astute leader to establish and oversee our luxury residences, executive relocation and lifestyle platform in the UAE.

This role will be responsible for the development and oversight of a highly curated private residences offering, providing discreet access to trophy homes and branded residences for short- and medium-term stays, alongside a bespoke executive relocation and lifestyle management proposition for inbound principals and families.

Operating at private-office standard, the successful candidate will combine luxury hospitality, residential asset oversight and UHNW client management, delivering a seamless, highly personalised experience aligned with Origin’s brand and client expectations.

• Lead and develop a highly curated luxury residences and lifestyle platform in the UAE
• Act as senior point of contact for UHNW clients, principals and key stakeholders
• Oversee private residence placements and executive relocation mandates on a discreet, request-led basis
• Ensure an exceptional end-to-end client experience across residences, relocation and lifestyle services
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with owners, developers and strategic partners
• Shape the commercial direction of the platform, supporting sustainable growth and long-term value
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion, service quality and brand integrity

• Senior experience within luxury hospitality, ultra-prime residential services, executive relocation or private client services
• Proven track record working with UHNW individuals, family offices or senior corporate leadership
• Strong commercial and operational judgment, with a client-first mindset
• Deep understanding of the UAE luxury and residential landscape
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and cultural awareness
• Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to build and lead a premium platform
