Director of Learning and Development
Frazer Jones is supporting a globally recognised, high growth beauty brand to appoint a Director of Learning and Development to build and lead a best-in-class L&D function.
Reporting to the SVP, People and Culture, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling a robust Learning & Development framework across the business. You will play a critical role in shaping talent development, leadership capability, succession planning, and continuous learning across all levels of the organization.
The successful candidate will hold circa 10 years’ experience in Learning & Development within a fast placed evolving organisation. Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership L&D role. Strong understanding of competency frameworks, psychometric testing, and experience leadership coaching, succession planning and talent management.
