The RoleThe Director will lead talent development, leadership programs, succession planning, and organisational design. This role will partner with senior leadership to build future-ready capabilities. A key mandate will be designing development frameworks aligned to business strategy. The Director will also oversee performance management and culture initiatives. The role will influence leadership behaviours and long-term workforce planning.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have senior experience in talent management or organisational development. Strong exposure to leadership development and transformation environments is essential. Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate credibility with senior leaders and strong design-thinking capability.
