Scope:
Dubai launch with regional and global expansion mandate
A highly successful UK national property group is entering the Dubai market as part of a deliberate international expansion strategy.
The group operates across multiple residential and advisory verticals, including brokerage, advisory, private client services, new homes and strategic partnerships. Dubai is being launched as a flagship market, with capital, leadership attention and long-term intent from day one.
This is a founding Managing Director appointment to build and lead the Dubai business end-to-end. For the right individual, this role is expected to evolve into regional and ultimately global leadership, with a clear pathway toward a Group CEO position as the platform scales internationally.
Mandate & Strategic Scope
Market Entry & Platform Build
- Lead the full Dubai market entry strategy across multiple residential and advisory verticals
- Establish the brand as a credible, high-quality operator in the Dubai market
- Translate a proven UK operating model into the Dubai context while adapting to local dynamics
- Represent the group at senior level with developers, institutional partners, private clients and intermediaries
- Drive revenue growth across brokerage, advisory, new homes and strategic partnerships
- Personally contribute at senior transactional level where appropriate
- Set pricing, fee structures, advisor economics and growth targets
- Identify and develop new vertical opportunities aligned with the group’s wider strategy
- Recruit, lead and retain senior leaders and high-performing agents
- Build a scalable leadership structure rather than a single-producer business
- Embed a high-performance, professional culture aligned with UK standards
- Act as the visible leader of the Dubai business internally and externally
Operations, Governance & Scale
- Oversee all operational, compliance and governance requirements
- Work closely with UK leadership to ensure brand consistency and reporting discipline
- Shape office strategy, client experience and infrastructure
- Prepare the Dubai platform for replication into additional international markets
Candidate Profile (Target Calibre)
- Recognised senior figure within the Dubai property market
- Operating at Managing Director or equivalent leadership level
- Experience across multiple residential or advisory verticals
- Proven record of building, scaling and leading high-performing teams
- Strategic leader with strong commercial credibility
- Comfortable building from first principles in a growth environment
Compensation & Long-Term Upside (AED)
Compensation is structured to attract top-tier leadership talent capable of building a multi-vertical platform.
Fixed & Variable Compensation
- AED 920,000 – AED 1,150,000 per year
- On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- AED 1,610,000+ per year
Long-Term Incentives
- Significant performance-based incentives
- Potential equity or share participation linked to:
- Expansion into additional markets
