Warehouse On-Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily management of various operational modules in warehousing;
• Execute and improve warehousing operational processes and regulations to ensure the quality and efficiency of warehousing operations;
• Reasonably allocate human and other resources for various work positions and operational processes in warehousing to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational costs;
• Monitor each link of production operations in real-time, promptly report and handle various issues and failures to ensure smooth production operations;
• Responsible for communication and coordination with other business departments, as well as communication and resolution of issues;
• Responsible for the implementation of 6S activities on-site and the promotion of lean production concepts;
• Responsible for daily operational business training and guidance for department employees, team building, and talent pipeline development.

• Educational background:
  Associate degree or above,
• Work experience:
  
  More than 5 years of work experience in the same position.
• Knowledge and skills:
  Proficient in operating office software such as XMind, Visio, WORD, etc., familiar with the logic of WMS, ERP, and other systems.
• Qualities and abilities:
  Good system and logical thinking ability, understanding the complexity of things, and able to consider issues from a holistic perspective. Recognizes the warehousing and logistics industry and is willing to develop deeply in this industry, with a strong desire for career advancement. Strong logical thinking.
