A fast-growing recruitment and staffing company with regional operations is looking for an experienced and strategic Regional Business Development Head / Head of Sales to drive growth across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This leadership role involves frequent cross-border travel, managing high-profile client relationships, and overseeing a regional sales team.
- Lead sales strategy and performance across UAE & KSA
- Build and manage high-impact client relationships (government & private sector)
- Drive new business development and commercial partnerships
- Oversee tender submissions, procurement processes, and client onboarding
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Support financial processes such as POs, invoicing, and collections
- 10+ years of experience, with 4+ in senior sales/BD roles
- Background in recruitment, staffing, or event manpower services
- Arabic and English fluency is essential
- Based in UAE or Saudi Arabia, with flexibility to travel
- Tech-savvy, commercially sharp, and people-focused leader
