Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for large-scale civil construction projects from initiation to handover.

Approve major technical, commercial, and procurement decisions.
Monitor project financial performance, cash flow, and risk exposure.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Lead, mentor, and develop senior project management and engineering staff.
Ensure quality assurance and control systems are implemented and maintained.
Support business development through tender reviews, strategy input, and client presentations.
