, is seeking a Senior Manager – Operations (Consumer Insights) to join their team in Dubai. With a strong presence across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in multiple countries, this group is known for its commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.
Position: Senior Manager – Operations (Consumer Insights)

Department: Operations
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals
- Drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and resource management initiatives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team
- Collaborate across departments including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational excellence
- Leverage data insights to guide decision-making and performance improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in improving processes, managing large-scale operations, and optimizing performance
- Strong leadership, analytical, and change management skills
