Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor, based in Dubai. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the call center, manage and coordinate a team of customer service representatives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining patient satisfaction, preparing performance reports, and addressing escalated patient concerns. The goal is to ensure the team achieves efficiency and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications- Strong Supervisory Skills and Team Management experience
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and improve operational processes and metrics
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to guide team members and interact with customers
- Problem-solving abilities and experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency in call center operations and software is preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare or aesthetic industry is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
