Take full charge of daily Sport & Leisure operations with uncompromising standards
Resolve guest enquiries and complaints swiftly, decisively, and professionally
Maintain immaculate facilities, equipment readiness, and complete operational records
Guarantee availability and functionality of lifesaving, first aid, and safety equipment
Monitor water treatment reports and enforce safety compliance at all times
Support, supervise, and elevate daily leisure activity programs delivered by Sport Animators
Coordinate leisure support for inter‑departmental and guest activities
Enforce accurate shift handovers, guest notice boards, and information displays
Proactively identify and escalation maintenance or equipment deficiencies
Manage daily room lists for Pool operations
Lead, schedule, and deploy Lifeguards and Attendants effectively
Prepare rosters aligned with business volume and operational demand
Control attendance, working hours, and overtime to drive efficiency
Enforce SOP compliance and consistent service delivery across all shifts
Support cost control initiatives without sacrificing guest experience or safety
Assist in financial analysis and operational decision‑making
Ensure correct storage, handling, and upkeep of all Leisure equipment
Contribute to SOP reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive team understanding of departmental goals and performance expectations
High School certificate or equivalent
Vocational Diploma or Certificate
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
Fitness Instructor Certificate
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Leisure Supervisor within a hotel or resort environment
Strong operational leadership with decisive problem‑solving skills
Advanced English communication (written & verbal)
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Calm under pressure, detail‑driven, and relentless about safety and standards
