• Oversee budgets, plans, and policies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Monitor market trends and implement proactive changes to exceed customer expectations.
• Drive operational efficiency, engagement, and results.

• Build and lead a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and development aligned with KONE’s values.

• Strengthen and grow relationships with customers to enhance KONE’s market position.
• Maintain proactive engagement with governmental and regulatory stakeholders, shaping developments that impact the business.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership experience in a matrix organization, working across functions and regions.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing country-level P&L and driving business growth.
• Track record of implementing successful business strategies and initiatives.
• Sound business acumen and a commercial mindset.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• A people-oriented leadership style focused on team development and engagement.
• Digital awareness and a visionary approach to future business challenges.
• Fluency in English and Arabic
