Summary
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading the commercial team, developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales and marketing activities to drive business growth and profitability.
Job Responsibility- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and manage the commercial team, including sales and marketing departments.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
- Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track commercial success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to align commercial activities with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
