ELEVATE launched their inaugural project in the UAE in November 2025. A 1.8 Billion AED beachfront branded residences project on the Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.
Role OverviewThe Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing Elevate’s sales strategy, leading and scaling the sales team, and driving consistent revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, data-driven, and highly effective at coaching and closing.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Growth- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and performance metrics
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage high-performing sales professionals
- Set clear performance expectations and coach the team to exceed targets
- Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement
- Drive new business acquisition while supporting key account growth
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and adjust strategy as needed
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align messaging and execution
- Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Represent Elevate in high-level sales conversations and negotiations
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience building and managing sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience in (industry, e.g., SaaS, professional services, B2B, etc.)
- Experience scaling sales in a growing or entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Consistent achievement of revenue and growth goals
