- Maintain and improve the ground operations performance with assistant managers & hub in charge in terms of delivery, pick up, and all related aspects to comply with the company quality of service standards and Measures.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics or internal operations.
- Creating adequate team structure and managing various operational teams.
- Manage day to day operations in the network to ensure meeting of internal SLA’s along with productivity, cost and company targets.
- Regularly analyze the nature of the business and customer feedback to modify the order lifecycle through technology, automation, process improvements which culminate in better experience overall.
- Work with Assistant manager & station manager on setting the yearly objectives and expansion/development plans.
- Scaling the team and the processes to support the growth of the company.
- Revamping processes:
Challenging established processes and implementing new processes to adapt to the fast growth of Noon. - Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Working closely with the Noon’s central team to share and implement global best practices.
- Mentor and develop operation leaders to take up management positions across the noon operational network.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics managing a team.
- Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop project & program work plan and ensure compliance with relevant stakeholders.
- Recruit, lead and build a high‑performance Project and Program team with ongoing performance reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.
- Promote efficient and effective logistics & supply chain management & processes.
- Analytical ability (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions) to gather and interpret data to further develop, recommend and implement solutions.
