A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Head of Quality to take ownership of quality strategy, systems, and performance across multiple live projects.

This is a senior leadership position, responsible for embedding a strong quality culture across the business and ensuring projects are delivered in line with client requirements, regulatory standards, and international best practice.

The role would suit someone currently operating at Head of Quality / Quality Director / Senior Quality Manager level within a main contracting environment.

• Develop and implement the company-wide quality management strategy
• Oversee quality systems, procedures, and compliance across all projects
• Ensure alignment with ISO standards
  , client specifications, and local regulations
• Lead and manage regional and site-based quality teams
• Conduct and oversee audits, inspections, and corrective action plans
• Work closely with project, construction, commercial, and HSE teams
• Act as the senior point of contact for quality matters with clients and consultants
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice across the organisation

• Extensive experience in quality management within a main contractor
• Proven leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects
• Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and compliance frameworks
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
• Degree-qualified or equivalent (preferred)

Middle East experience is advantageous but not essential for candidates with strong main contracting backgrounds.
