Description
In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales function, leading its strategic direction and structural development. You will be responsible for redefining the sales framework, setting performance standards, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through strong leadership, clear KPIs, and disciplined execution.
Role & Responsibilities:- Lead and restructure the sales department to align with business objectives
- Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Define sales strategy, KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks
- Monitor performance closely and ensure accountability at all levels
- Establish structured reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning rather than transactional selling
- Identify new business opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC
- Travel within the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) as required
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategy with company goals

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or relevant professional certifications are an advantage
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in relevant field.
