Overview
We’re looking for a bold, people-first Creative Director to lead the creative output across multiple retained accounts. This role sits at the heart of the agency — managing teams, driving client relationships, and ensuring consistently high creative standards across campaigns, content, and brand work.
You’ll own the day-to-day creative direction across key clients while mentoring a multidisciplinary team spanning design, copy, motion, video, and social content. This is a highly client-facing leadership role requiring strong personality, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
What You’ll Be DoingYou will lead the creative vision and execution across ongoing client accounts, ensuring all output is strategically aligned, culturally relevant, and creatively impactful. Working closely with strategy, account management, and production, you’ll translate business objectives into powerful social-first campaigns and integrated brand storytelling.
You’ll manage and mentor a growing creative team, driving performance, collaboration, and output quality while setting clear workflows and review standards. Beyond delivery, you’ll play a key role in client presentations, creative sell-in, and strengthening long-term partnerships through confident, consultative leadership.

- Client Partnership — Act as a senior creative voice in client meetings — presenting work, defending ideas, and building trusted relationships.
- Campaign & Content Oversight — Oversee social-first campaigns, integrated brand work, video, and digital content from concept through execution.
- Operational Excellence — Manage workflows, timelines, and creative resourcing across parallel projects and accounts.
- New Business Support — Contribute to pitches and proposals with strong conceptual thinking and presentation storytelling.
We’re looking for someone confident, outspoken, and highly collaborative — a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced agency environments.
You should bring 10+ years of creative experience, with proven leadership across integrated and social-led campaigns. Strong team management, stakeholder engagement, and multi-account ownership experience are essential.
