Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional House Manager to oversee the full operations of a luxury private residence (villa/mansion). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in household management, staff supervision, and property maintenance, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the residence
- Supervise and manage household staff (housekeeping, maintenance, gardeners, pool staff, etc.)
- Ensure top-level cleanliness and presentation of the house, yard, and pool
- Coordinate maintenance and external contractors
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and service standards
- Ensure full discretion and confidentiality at all times
- AED 10,000 – AED 12,000 per month (DOE)
- Visa provided
- Medical insurance
- Annual leave as per UAE Labor Law
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a luxury villa or private estate
- Strong background in housekeeping and property maintenance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Experience with VIP/VVIP families preferred
- Willing and able to work flexible hours as required
