Senior Director - Transformation & Operations

The Senior Director – Transformation & Operations will lead the transformation and operational excellence initiatives to drive performance, scalability, and sustainable growth. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong strategic, change management, and executive leadership experience to align operations with the Group’s long-term vision.

• Lead and deliver transformation across business to improve efficiency, performance, and service quality.
• Drive operational strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee end-to-end operational governance, policies, and performance frameworks.
• Partner with senior leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track operational and transformation outcomes.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing leadership and operations teams.
• Ensure strong stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners.

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within transformation, operations, or strategy.
• Strong track record of leading large-scale change and performance improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at executive and board level.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational and commercial acumen.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, transformation, or corporate leadership roles.
