Job Purpose
The Flex Campus Coordinators Lead plays a key role in supporting the operations, community building, and project implementation of the Flex Campus Network. This role provides direct oversight to Flex Campus Coordinators in relation to their work in Flex Campus Network ensuring the successful delivery of learning initiatives across Dubai Health sites. This role also ensures the functionality, accessibility, and integration of the digital screen network, the learning spaces, and other elements within the Flex Campus Network that enable interconnected learning across Dubai Health sites.
CoreResponsibilities
- Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of all Flex Campus Coordinators.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all FCCs, facilitating communication, guidance, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate regular bi-weekly virtual and monthly in-person meetings with all FCCs.
- Support FCCs in initiating, planning, and executing site-specific and cross-site projects.
- Develop and maintain project tracking systems, templates, and feedback loops to monitor progress and surface learnings.
- Identify and share best practices across the network to encourage innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the Flex Campus Manager to deliver training, toolkits, and capacity-building sessions for FCCs.
- Collect data and feedback from FCCs to support evaluation and reporting of the Flex Campus Network’s impact.
- Represent FCCs in internal meetings and work closely with other departments to troubleshoot challenges or escalate needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., IT, Engineering, Facilities) to ensure seamless integration of platforms with Dubai Health infrastructure.
- Administer, monitor, and continuously improve the digital screen network and associated booking platforms.
- Oversee the content planning, coordination, and timely updates of the digital screen network across all Dubai Health sites.
- Monitor screen functionality across sites and coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Track Learning Spaces usage trends, identify underutilized sites, and implement strategies to boost awareness and engagement.
- Work with Facilities and site teams to ensure Learning Spaces are well-maintained, accessible, and optimized for professional development activities.
- Collect and analyze feedback on Learning Spaces to continuously improve the user experience and inform future upgrades.
- Sets performance objectives to the team while ensuring that the operational plan of the department will be achieved.
- Leads, manages, evaluates performance and motivates the employees of the section while ensuring that the overall objectives of the Department are met.
- Monitors the use of the Department’s resources and finding ways to utilize resources effectively.
- Conducts knowledge sharing sessions to transfer work related knowledge and skills acquired in the functional area.
- Ensures that all new employees in the section are thoroughly inducted in the responsibilities by implementing the on-boarding program.
Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Experience- 3 years
- Experience in Project Management is required.
