Senior Relationship Manager- Corporate

Accountabilities & Key Roles:

• Improve profitability and achieve set objectives and targets by proactively supervise managing relationship with existing and develop/build relationships with new CIB Clients.
• Handle the clients portfolio (directly) that are considered large/complex.
• Supervise the analysis and evaluation of credit data, financial modeling, and financial statements to determine the level of risk and provide credit recommendation proposals.
• Identify and report market opportunities
• Maximize and up-selling products to CIB Clients and cross-selling of other SBUs products and services.
• Ensure steadiness and growth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolio’s (simultaneous Growth) and follow-up on related issues with concerned parties.
• Conduct client calls/visits using preplanned call schedule to monitor relationships under management to maximize all potential relationship sales opportunities.
• Allocate targets and assign relationships to RMs, ARMs and ROs, and support and coach them.
• Supervise clients complaints, and service recovery process.
• Propose innovative and improvement initiatives to achieve business growth and continuity.

BSc. in business or related field from a recognized University. Master degree is preferred.

8 to 11 years of Banking experience in relationship management, of which 3 years in managerial role.

• Good Computer skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of banking products/services.
• Excellent Relationship Management skills.
• Proven analytical and modeling skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements.

• Fluent in English and Target Market Language.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to deal with conflicts.
• High level of emotional intelligence.
• Excellent negotiation skill.
