DescriptionThe Head of Operations will own end‑to‑end operations across Mnzil’s portfolio, overseeing property onboarding, operational readiness, day‑to‑day performance, and service delivery standards. This role is responsible for building and scaling operational playbooks across leasing, facilities management, housekeeping, security, and tenant experience, while leading and structuring multi‑city operations teams and third‑party vendors with clear KPIs, SLAs, and accountability. The role will drive property‑level unit economics through cost control, margin optimization, yield improvement, and churn reduction, ensure operational readiness for new launches across buildings and cities, implement systems to track performance and incidents, manage vendor contracts and benchmarking, and ensure full compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and landlord‑tenant contractual obligations.
Requirements- 8+ years of operations leadership experience in real estate, hospitality, facilities management, or asset heavy multi‑site businesses
- Proven track record of scaling operations (multiple stores/buildings/cities), not just running a single asset
- Strong understanding of unit economics, cost structures, and margin management at property or site level
- Hands‑on experience building processes, SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs from scratch
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, on‑ground teams and manage multiple third‑party vendors
- Own end to end operations across the Mnzil portfolio, including property onboarding, readiness, day‑to‑day performance, and service delivery standards
- Build and scale operating playbooks for leasing, subleasing, facilities management, housekeeping, security, and tenant experience
- Lead and structure the ops organization (city ops, property managers, vendors), with clear KPIs, SLAs, and accountability
- Drive unit economics at the property level: cost control, margin optimization, churn reduction, and yield improvement
- Manage third‑party vendors and suppliers, including contract negotiation, performance management, and cost benchmarking
- Own operational readiness for new launches (new buildings, new cities), ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
- Implement systems and tools to track operational performance and incident management
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and landlord / tenant contractual obligations
