The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our operations and drive significant top-line growth. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for an energetic, results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a direct impact on business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing facility and showrooms
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to double company revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and construction companies across UAE
- Manage factory relocation and operational transition
- Oversee team of 50 to 200 employees
- Optimize inventory management and product sourcing strategies
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and broader UAE markets
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of managerial or COO-level experience
- Strong sales and marketing background with proven track record of revenue growth
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Based in Dubai with deep knowledge of UAE market (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah)
- Experience in ceramics, tiles, construction materials, or related manufacturing industries preferred
- Hands-on operational mindset focused on execution and results
- Strong network in UAE construction and development sectors
- Energetic, passionate leader who puts business first
- MBA or advanced business degree
- Experience in turnaround or restructuring situations
- Private equity or fast-growth environment experience
- Syrian nationality (valued for industry expertise)
