Project Manager, Operations Manager, EHS ​/ HSE Manager

We are looking for a hands‑on Project Execution Architect to manage day‑to‑day site execution and warehouse inventory for CP and Concept retail stores. The role requires strong site ownership, multitasking across multiple projects, and the ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure retail environments.

• Manage day‑to‑day site execution activities for CP and Concept stores.
• Take complete ownership of site operations and warehouse inventory management across all assigned concepts.
• Liaise closely with Project Managers, Concept Heads, Mall Management, and Landlords to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and site teams on a daily basis.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, identify risks, and elevate potential delays to the Project Manager / Head of Projects.
• Ensure projects are implemented effectively and delivered as per timelines, quality standards, and cost expectations.
• Facilitate smooth handover and transition from construction phase to service contracts.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously across different concepts.
• Troubleshoot site‑related issues and make fact‑based, timely decisions in high‑pressure situations.
• Maintain regular project status reports and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Travel across different territories/sites for supervision, coordination, and execution support.

• Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in site execution and project coordination in retail fit‑out.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in high‑stress, fast‑track retail environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and prioritization skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Hands‑on experience with warehouse and inventory management.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site supervision.
