We're recruiting an Operations Manager – Car Rental for one of our clients, who is a leading car rental company in Dubai, UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established car rental company based in Dubai, providing reliable and cost-effective mobility solutions to individual and corporate customers across the UAE. With a modern and well-maintained fleet, the company serves a wide range of needs, including daily rentals, long-term leasing, and corporate transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the company fleet and drivers
- Supervise and coordinate drivers and supervisors regarding schedules, working hours, overtime, leave, and operational requirements
- Prepare operational reports and manage budget planning
- Develop, implement, and maintain fleet policies and procedures
- Identify vehicles for replacement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Ensure timely vehicle registration renewals and regulatory compliance
- Oversee vehicle procurement, registration, and delivery coordination
- 10–15 years of experience in the car rental industry within the UAE
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
