As an Account Manager you will report to the Managing Director and senior members of the team, taking responsibility for managing client relationships and ensuring operational excellence across your portfolio. You will typically work within a studio environment, spending your time in briefings and meetings to stay in close contact with your clients. Your focus will be on driving sales growth and maintaining high levels of client retention through bespoke, strategic solutions.
What you’ll be doingYou will build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring their total satisfaction.
You will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to help achieve revenue growth targets.
You will act as a vital link between the company and clients to foster lasting partnerships.
You will manage a portfolio of key client accounts and ensure high levels of client retention.
You will communicate with clients on a regular basis to resolve issues as they arise.
You will craft bespoke solutions for clients by using your industry knowledge and communication skills.
You will influence and motivate your team to drive sales across your accounts.
You possess a solid foundation of industry knowledge and excellent communication skills.
You lead by example and support others to achieve their goals in alignment with the business.
You can clearly articulate a vision and inspire your team to help achieve it.
You have experience managing challenging or sensitive situations with professional grace.
You are a self-motivated team player with a positive and ambitious outlook.
