We are seeking a highly organised and driven professional to manage the opening, refurbishment, and ongoing maintenance of our retail showrooms, ensuring every project reflects the premium standards of an innovative, market-leading Sanipex showroom. You will take full ownership of project delivery from planning through to execution and handover, ensuring all initiatives are completed within defined scope, timeline, and budget. This includes developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations;

overseeing major showroom openings and refurbishments; monitoring progress and mitigating risks; managing cost variances; and providing regular status updates to the Merchandising Manager. You will ensure minimal disruption to customers and seamless transition from project completion to operational launch.

In addition, you will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinating technicians and contractors to ensure high productivity and quality workmanship. Working closely with purchasing, logistics, and the Technical Department, you will ensure products, display boards, whirlpools, tiles, and custom elements are delivered and installed in line with approved drawings and POS requirements. Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and vendors, you will manage supplier performance, ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in installation quality, operational efficiency, and showroom presentation, all in line with Sanipex Group’s Environment & Quality Policies.

You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in strong project planning and execution capability, solid knowledge of project management methodologies, and proven experience managing risk, cost, and vendors within retail or showroom environments. Technically competent in the installation of bathroom products and tiles, you combine operational excellence with strong attention to detail and quality standards. Highly organised and methodical, you communicate confidently across teams and seniority levels, perform effectively under pressure, and are proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement and delivering results within tight time frames.
