TheJob:
As the Distribution Center Site Leader, you’ll be part of our Operations – Middle East & Africa team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
- Manage the regional Middle East Distribution Center and oversee all distribution/transport operations, including KSA logistics execution.
- Ensure the safety of DC associates at all times through proper EHS system implementation and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, train, and evaluate a business-critical team of FTEs and temp associates.
- Formulate storage and distribution initiatives and monitor the correct interpretation of supply chain strategies into regional and local needs.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities (Dubai Customs, Port Security, JAFZA) and major customers.
- Oversee inbound/outbound/reverse logistics, stock and inventory management, and annual stock counts.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators in logistics and distribution, ensuring warehouse work process excellence.
- Establish local distribution contracts and ensure delivery requirements are achieved with minimum costs.
- Coordinate with MEA and IT teams to resolve issues with minimal business disruption.
- Provide inputs to finance, including CAPEX requirements for budgeting, and ensure compliance with corporate and local EHS policies.

- 10+ years of experience in operations, with 3–5 years in a managerial position.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent SAP knowledge, especially in WM & Inventory modules, and strong skills on the MS Platform.
- Proven track record of successful change management, innovation, and continuous improvement in operational environments.
- Quality-driven approach, ensuring set standards, timeliness, and accuracy to meet and exceed service level agreements.
