Store Manager (Manufacturing Background)

The Store Manager (Manufacturing) will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the store, ensuring high efficiency, profitability, and customer service standards. Combining retail expertise with a strong background in inventory, logistics, and process improvement, this role focuses on maximizing sales while maintaining rigorous stock accuracy, safety protocols, and operational workflows.

• Operations & Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, implementing structured, process-driven methods to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts and audits, and maintain high accuracy.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in daily operations and implement solutions to improve workflow, similar to lean manufacturing techniques.

• Experience: 3–5+ years in a supervisory role, with proven experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics environments.

• Leadership: Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet performance targets.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is often preferred, but not mandatory if extensive relevant experience exists.
• Hindu/Urdu language fluency is a plus.
