Head of Projects – Cultural/Mega Public Events - Dubai
Job purpose:
This leadership role spans all aspects of each event — from content and programming to resource management, commercial performance, stakeholder relations, and overall delivery excellence.
Responsibilities:- Manage, review, and evolve project management processes for efficiency and quality.
- Integrate sponsorship and marketing into projects
- Identify and manage diverse revenue streams including ticketing, sponsorship, and partnerships.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development for the Project Management team.
- Support senior management in budgeting, reporting, and business planning.
- Develop and implement training and development pathways for project team members.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain leadership edge.
- 10+ years of event management experience delivering large-scale events, experiential live events experience in festivals, sporting events etc.
- Previous experience in the Middle East Proven track record in project direction, planning, budgeting, and team leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
