We offer OD consulting services which are generally a 3‑year agreement. We also provide some short‑term development courses for the Entrepreneurs, CEOs, Founders, and their core team. Role Opportunity

We are looking for long‑term partners who can help build a national and global organization and who will share the success. This is a business opportunity that can start as a side hustle and grow into a full‑time remote, yet fully connected, role as a Business Partner (Sales) at MANAGEMENT INNOVATIONS. The focus is promoting OD related programs and consulting services to Entrepreneurs, Founders, CEOs and Organizational Leaders in businesses as well as other forms of institutions and organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Nurture client relationships.
  • Drive customer acquisition through effective communication and sales techniques for our Organization Development Programs and Consulting Services.
Revenue Opportunities
  • Sales of a wide range of OD Organization Development, Leadership, and other world‑class interventions.
  • Sales of OD consulting services.
  • Involvement in the delivery of the OD programs post‑training and certification, which is complimentary for partners.
  • Involvement in the delivery of the OD Consulting Services.
Qualifications
  • Strong contacts with Entrepreneurs, Founders, CEOs, Organizational and Institutional Heads.
  • Experience in selling training and consulting services.
  • Result‑oriented mindset.
Experience
  • 10+ years of sales experience.
