We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and help manage our bustling warehouse operations. This role is crucial to maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring that our facility runs smoothly, with all goods stored and distributed effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and oversee a team responsible for ensuring our supply chain operations are executed seamlessly.

They will need to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and peers, drive improvements within the warehouse, and uphold safety and quality standards. • Manage and direct daily activities of warehouse staff and operations efficiently.
• Oversee product storage, handling, and distribution processes to streamline workflows.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper inventory control procedures.
• Implement safety and security standards and policies for warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to meet production needs.
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure optimal performance.
• Assess and enhance current warehouse infrastructure for improved efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports related to warehouse operations.
• Resolve issues and conflicts arising in the day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide warehouse staff effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements in warehousing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory systems.
• Exceptional communication skills for successful collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
