We are looking for an experienced Property Management Supervisor to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and maintenance across assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise property operations and tenant management
- Handle renewals, complaints, and move-in/move-out processes
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance and contractors
- Conduct property inspections
- Manage service contracts and control operational costs
- Ensure compliance with Dubai tenancy regulations
- Prepare operational and occupancy reports
- 3–5 years UAE property management experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws
- Good vendor management and problem-solving skills
Only candidates with relevant UAE experience and a valid driving license will be considered.
