Project Director

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Director to oversee our diverse portfolio of high-rise buildings, luxury hotels, and other premium construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on high-rise and luxury projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
