Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, cost control, and timely delivery while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Plan, manage, and control projects from mobilization through to completion and handover.

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet project objectives.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and approved drawings.

Oversee cost control, variation management, and project cash flow in coordination with the commercial team.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, quality standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present regular progress, cost, and performance reports to senior management.

Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to achieve project targets and timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction, with proven experience as a Project Manager.

Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management.

Experience managing subcontractors and working with consultants and clients.

Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
