• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans for the organization’s initiatives, projects, and programs.
• Supervise the design and execution of promotional campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Lead the effective planning and management of all events (conferences, forums, exhibitions, cultural and community activities).
• Oversee the coordination of all event logistics, including venue selection, equipment setup, and hospitality arrangements.
• Manage sponsorship agreements and sponsor relationships related to events in an optimal and professional manner.
• Ensure full compliance with the organization’s visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Oversee collaboration with internal teams to ensure integrated marketing of projects, initiatives, and activities.
• Supervise the preparation of event evaluation reports, measure impact, and guide corrective actions where necessary.
• Set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) with department staff and ensure high levels of performance.
• Promote strong employee engagement and capability development by managing daily activities, organizing workflows, and providing continuous guidance and feedback to the team.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Department Director to support the achievement of organizational objectives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing.

• Minimum of 11 years of experience in relevant fields.
