Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Contracts Manager

Reporting to the Project Director this position is responsible for efficiently managing and executing assigned projects within approved parameters like cost, timelines, functionality and quality in line with Dar Global strategies and plans.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with a reputable main contractor or developer, managing the construction of high-rise residential towers and luxury villas in a large masterplan community from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct risk assessments and create contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges.
• Regularly communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor project financials and make recommendations to adjust resources and timelines as needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
• 8+ years of experience in project management of High-rise residential towers and luxury villas in a large masterplan community or luxury residential towers
• Must have previous experience working with a reputable main contractor or developer in the UAE and familiar with local codes and standards
• Result oriented, ensures operational excellence in areas of responsibility and delivers best results
• Takes active ownership of problems and provide timely and result focused solutions
• Outcome-driven with strong communication skills
