Training programs Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic and operational plans for training programs in alignment with the strategy of Dubai Women Establishment.
• Identify training needs for target groups in coordination with relevant departments and partners.
• Design and develop high-quality training and leadership programs in line with local and international best practices.
• Oversee the implementation of training programs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and achievement of defined objectives.
• Manage the approved training budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Contract and coordinate with consultancy firms, trainers, and training institutions locally and internationally.
• Evaluate the impact of training programs, measure return on training investment (ROI), and submit reports to senior management.
• Develop and update training content to reflect emerging trends and the evolving needs of women leaders.
• Supervise the documentation of training programs, participant databases, and evaluation results.
• Build strategic partnerships with universities, institutes, and international organizations that support women’s empowerment.
• Lead and develop the department team by setting objectives, performance indicators, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure the delivery of an exceptional training experience that reflects the stature of the Dubai Women Establishment and achieves the highest levels of satisfaction and impact.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Director, Executive Director, or Board of Directors within the scope of responsibility.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum of 11 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders, and 9 years of experience for Master’s degree holders.
