We’re looking for an experienced Internal Communications professional to shape and deliver impactful communication across our global organization.
This is a high-visibility role partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure our people are informed, aligned and engaged.
Internal Communications Strategy & Delivery- Support the development and execution of the Group internal communications strategy aligned with business priorities and culture.
- Translate leadership and business strategy into clear, consistent and engaging messaging across global audiences.
- Plan and deliver internal communication campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop communication materials for senior leaders, including presentations, announcements and town hall content.
- Support the CEO and Executive Team with leadership updates and strategic messaging.
- Plan and deliver global and regional town halls and leadership engagement initiatives.
- Lead communications for mergers, acquisitions, integrations and major organizational change.
- Develop communication plans, FAQs and employee materials in partnership with HR, Legal and business leaders.
- Manage and evolve internal communication channels (intranet, email, video and internal platforms).
- Create high-quality content aligned with the corporate narrative and maintain strong editorial standards.
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 8–10 years’ experience in internal communications, corporate communications or employee engagement roles.
- Experience supporting senior leadership communications in a complex, global organisation.
- Experience delivering internal communications for organisational change, transformation or M&A activities.
- Maritime, logistics, energy, engineering or similarly complex operational industry experience preferred.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- High attention to detail and strong editorial judgement.
- Experience managing executive communications and leadership messaging.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Strong planning, organisation and project management skills.
